To get inspired what your future internal MyWiki workspace could look like and which tasks it might fulfill more efficiently than your current processes, we would like to present to you one examples of a successful wiki in this section.
[edit] EnDev - Energising Development
The EnDev workspace on Energypedia is the communication and project management platform of the Energising Development (EnDev) project. This partnership on energy access was initiated in December 2004 by the Netherlands Minister for Development Cooperation (DGIS) and the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ) and has proven to be an efficiente tool for organizing international working processes.
Some of the processes include:
- workflow management (for example, shared to-do lists, shared agenda-setting and minutes-taking of regular meetings, etc)
- collaborative writing of project reports
- knowledge and experience exchange (writing of articles, FAQ, etc.)
- project monitoring
- project databases (inlcunding input mask, title and keyword search function)
